As we hear the word rice the first things that get into our head is pulav or birayani and for me especially the first thing that comes in mind is dal-chawal.It also mean differently to different people. To a Beangali it means Rice with Fish Curry t, to a South Indian it may mean Sambar-Chawal or for a Muslim, it is the Shahi Biryani. But come what may, it is loved in different ways in different parts of the country and every preparation is unique and exquisite.
