Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked (boiled) Rice
2 cups of plain Curd (yogurt)
2 Tbsp Oil
1/4 cup milk
1-2 green chilies
1 tsp. chana daal
1 tsp. urad daal
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method of making curd rice:
Heat 2 tablespoon full of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to the oil.When the mustard seeds start popping add chana and urad daal. Then after a minute, add in ginger, coriander and green chilies. Saute the added ingredents for a minute.Remove the pan off the gas. Add in the rice.Mix the salt.Now remember just before serving, mix all the ingredients with yogurt (curd) and milk. Curd rice is ready to be served.You can also make the the curd rice n put it in your refrigerator it taste cold also yummy.
