Dahi Toast:
Ingredients:
- OnionĀ 1(chopped into small pieces)
- Capsicum 1( chopped into small pieces)
- Tomato 1( remove the seeds and then chopped into small pieces)
- Carrot 1(chopped into small pieces)
- Green chill (chopped into small pieces)
- Amul butter
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Curd(dahi)1 cup
Method:
Take the curd(dahi) in a cloth and tie it so that the water gets drained out. After the curd becomes thick add all ingredients raw and mix them. Then place this in between of the bread and toast it on the pan with very little butter. In case if then curd is thin you can also add little corn flour.
