Palak Chat:
Ingredients:
- Corn flour
- Palak (spinach ) Leaves
- Chana Flour (besan)
- Salt
- Red Chilli
Method:
Dip the palak leaves in a thin batter made of chana flour /besan ,salt ,red chili & cornflour. And deep fry it and sever it got with garnishing curd and red chilli.
