Palak Paneer Paratha:
Ingredients:
- Palak(spinach) (boiled) 1 bunch
- Green Chilli (2-3)
- Paneer crushed 1 cup
- Coriander
- Salt
- Wheat Flour
Method:
Boil palak then grind it with green chilli and make a paste. Add this paste& salt to wheat flour and make a batter. Now make the Paratha’s and stuff it with paneer and green chilli pieces.
