Pasarattu:
Ingredients:
- Green moonge dal 1 cup
- Rice ΒΌ cup
- Ginger & green chilli paste 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Grated paneer(optional)
- Onion( chopped into small pieces)
Method:
Soak green moonge dal &rice together for 3-4 hrs then grind in grinder with green chilli &ginger pate & salt. And now make pasarattu like dosa.
