Girls:

During the daily bath and after each stool, the baby needs to be cleaned with plain water and cotton wool, The labial folds needs to be seprated gently for cleaning. Cleaning Should always be “ front to back” so that the stool is not pushed forwards in the urinary area.

Boys:

The penis should be washed from outside during the bath, pulling back the foreskin  during the bath is not required. The foreskin of the penis is usually tight in infancy and pulling back the skin forcibly is harmful. The foreskin foreskin gradually loosens over the first few years of life in 97 % of boys. Routine circumcision onf the penis is not recommened for medical reasons beacause the only benfit of circumcision is a slightly lower incidence of urinary infection in circimcision boys. For this reasons if you choose to do it, it should be personal, social or religious reasons and not only medical reasons.
