A healthy relationship is a combination of mutual respect,trust,honesty,fairness/equality,support, separate identities and good communication. A relationship which has all such terms is called healthy relationship.

  6. If problems with relationships are such that you can’t solve and need a help contact the school counsellor
  7. Work to make your home a place where people can enjoy healthy relationships as kids are closely watching family members to see how healthy relationships are formed.
  8. Many teens struggle with new feelings and new relationships like dating. Talk to your kids about the pressure to fit in.
  9. Make sure that there is one meal a day when you and your family meet and talk. And enjoy a break from the TV.
  10.  Know your children’s friends, especially those they are dating. Meet the parents of your child’s friends.
